Techademy AI is the trading name of a sole-trader business.
The final legal identity and approved business/contact address must be confirmed before real bookings open. No private residential address is published here.

Service and eligibility
Techademy describes practical AI learning through its public course catalogue. The intended model includes parent booking for child learners and adults booking for themselves.
Confirm eligibility, parent/guardian authority, prerequisites and the final service description for each booking.

Accounts and participation
The intended approach includes appropriate account access, structured live participation, respectful behaviour and careful handling of private information.
Confirm account responsibilities, attendance rules, acceptable use, moderation and assignments/project expectations before publishing binding terms.

Third-party tools
Course delivery may involve third-party tools; the selected tools and setup should be communicated for the relevant course.
Review age eligibility, third-party terms, permissions, account requirements and how responsibility is explained to families.

Learner creations and intellectual property
Learning projects may include stories, images, books, apps/websites and other creations. This framework does not assume Techademy owns learners’ work or grant a broad perpetual licence.
Ownership and any limited permissions needed for teaching, storage or feedback require final IP wording and legal review. Public Showcase permissions must be separate, with appropriate consent; learning participation is not automatic publication permission.

Payments and cancellation
Confirm payment timing, booking confirmation, commercial terms and the applicable cancellation/refund arrangements before real bookings open. No refund window, cancellation fee or transfer guarantee is established here.

Course changes and availability
Confirm how course changes, teacher unavailability, interruptions and platform availability are handled, including notices and any remedies. No uninterrupted availability or replacement-session guarantee is promised.

Suspension and termination
Confirm proportionate suspension/termination grounds, notice, review/escalation and effects on access and payments. This framework does not create disciplinary or forfeiture clauses.

Liability, governing law and contact
Liability, statutory rights, governing law, jurisdiction and dispute handling require professional review. No exclusions, liability cap or governing-law clause is invented here.
